Our Story

Virtual and Quality Networks Systems, known as VNQ Systems, was established in 2011 by Simon Ndukuya but operationally started business in 2017.

Simon Ndukuya of VNQ Systems, whose primary focus was Queue Management Systems, was introduced to Claude Oosthuizen and Peter Willemse, who had significant experience in IT Enterprise Solutions. They quickly realized they could explore countless opportunities with their combined skills, knowledge, and business relationships built separately over the years of operation. Peter, Claude, and Simon firmly believed they could offer the market best-of-breed solutions.

This kick-started their journey in nurturing and growing VNQ to what it is today.

As a leading Customer Experience, Performance, Digital Transformation (Cloud Services), and Availability Management company in South Africa. As innovators, we will continue to source new technology to improve our clients’ lives.
