Simon Ndukuya
Chief Executive Officer
Simon serves as the CEO of the company. A born leader, he has held multiple leadership positions in his previous 9-year engagement at Mbombela Local Municipality, such as Airport Manager and Head of Public Safety. He later joined Business Connexion as an Account Manager/Executive for four years and Seven Months.
In 2009, Simon founded V and N Solutions, which quickly became entrenched in customer experience management solutions and had installations at private and public institutions. This company then merged with Amandla Omoya Investments T/A Customer First Solutions. After a year of this merger, both companies decided to realign their business strategies and branch into different areas. Simon then birthed V and N Q Systems.
Simon holds an MBA from the University of Free State and a BA Admin Honors-Industrial Relations from the University of Durban Westville. The former SCR president was one of the founding members of the South African Union of Students (SAUS).
Claude Oosthuizen
Chief Sales Officer
Claude holds the position of Chief Sales Officer. The seasoned IT professional has more than 27 year’s technical and sales experience within the enterprise, corporate and small business space. His specialty is opening new doors, creating new opportunities, finding the diamond in the rough.
He has contributed to previous successful startups such as AST Technologies, Global Continuity SA (GCSA), Small Bizniz Gurus (SBG), VNQ Systems, and Lastmanstands (LMS) – Bedfordview.
Claude has an extensive understanding of the IT landscape, including IT Operations Management, Digital Service, Automation, and is always forward-looking in trending new technologies. His experience further extends to Disaster Recovery, IT Service Continuity, Business Continuity, Service Management, Integrated Managed Services Platforms, and Cloud Solutions. Managed Services, Outsource services, Networks, ESM, Performance and Availability Digital Transformation and learning every day about the 4IR.
He is an entrepreneur and networker par excellence, lives, love sales—excellent client relationship management capability and negotiation skills.

Peter Willemse
Chief Technology Officer
Peter holds the company’s Chief Technical Officer position, with over 30 Years of Industry experience with a proven track record. He is an experienced Solution Architect with extensive experience and knowledge within the Financial, Government, Commercial, and Telco Sectors.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. One of his key strengths is the ability to work with clients both in-house and on client sites. Peter can liaise at all levels. He has a proven understanding of complex sales relationships in large OSS/BSS cycles and architect and ratify single/multi-vendor solutions.
His extensive knowledge is listed below but not limited to: Identifying and devising Network architect and solutions for Enterprises improved Performance, Security Systems, Software-Defined Data Centre, Cloud Solutions (Private, Public & Hybrid), Cloud Orchestration, Automation and Monitoring ,Networking and Compliance, Application Performance Management, Hyper-converged Infrastructure, Intelligent BI, AI, and IOT Solutions.
Nonkululeko Baloyi
Chief Operations Officer
Nonkululeko Baloyi is a Logistics specialist by profession and holds the role of Chief Operations Officer at the Company. In addition to that, she has the responsibility of the companies Marketing requirements.
She has had a successful 10-year career in the Logistics Industry, which has allowed her to head a new department at VNQ Systems to help Supply Chain & Logistics companies achieve real-time visibility of their shipments/cargo in the supply chain.
She’s spent most of her career in pricing for project cargo and general cargo; the last stretch of her career was in operations. Her operations experience has broadened her knowledge and exposure in the industry, allowing her to understand operations in all modes in both Imports & Exports. She worked for 3 top global Logistics giants achieving numerous accolades in her field, such as Finalists at the 2018 Standard Bank Rising Star Awards.
She holds a post-graduate Honors degree in BCom Logistics Management from the University of Johannesburg in 2016.
